Where and when we deliver
Delivery availability, route and timing depend on your address, model availability and order size. Lead times for made-to-order furniture are agreed separately. Our team will confirm the terms before payment.
Include your city, street, building number and contact phone number in your request. If you need upstairs delivery, tell us the floor, elevator availability and dimensions, and any access restrictions.
Delivery costs, carrying and assembly
Delivery, carrying and assembly are agreed separately from the furniture price unless stated otherwise for your order. The website provides an estimate: our team confirms the final total based on your items and address.

Before ordering, check the width of doorways, stairs and the elevator. Ask PRODOM about packaging dimensions and whether your chosen model can be carried inside.
How payment works
- Choose your items and submit a request, or message us on WhatsApp.
- Our team will confirm the configuration, availability, furniture and service costs, delivery timing and payment arrangements.
- Pay using the agreed method after receiving confirmation and payment details.
All prices on the website are displayed in USD. If an item is marked “Price on request”, ask us for the price. At checkout, you can select your preferred bank: Dushanbe City, Eskhata or Alif.
Submitting a request does not charge you. Online payment on the website is not yet available; you do not need to enter card details.
When your furniture arrives
- Check the model, color, number of packages and contents against your order.
- Inspect the packaging and accessible parts of the furniture. Keep your purchase documents and assembly instructions.
- If you notice damage or a discrepancy, take photos if possible and inform PRODOM immediately.
Checking upon delivery helps us resolve issues faster and does not affect your rights if hidden defects are found. See “Exchanges and returns” and “Warranty”.
