How to contact us
- Message us on WhatsApp PRODOM or call +992 92 899 77 07.
- Include the model, purchase date, order number if available and the reason for contacting us. Tell us what resolution you would like.
- If possible, attach photos of the product, packaging and proof of purchase. For a defect, both an overall view and a close-up are useful.
We’ll confirm the information needed and agree how the item will be inspected, handed over and handled next. The address for written correspondence is listed under “Contact”.
If the item is not defective
Article 25 of the Republic of Tajikistan’s Law on Consumer Protection provides for the exchange of non-food goods within 14 calendar days of delivery, unless the seller has announced a longer period. To qualify, the item must be unused, retain its consumer properties and have proof that it was purchased from the seller.
If a suitable equivalent item is not available for sale on the day of the request, the customer may be entitled to return the item for a refund in the circumstances provided by law.
Certain types of goods are subject to a list of exceptions approved by the Government. Whether a particular furniture item or set can be exchanged must be assessed against that list. These exceptions do not remove your rights regarding defective goods.
If you find a defect
Tell us what happened and when you noticed the problem. Depending on the circumstances, the law provides for remedies such as repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Not having a receipt does not in itself remove your rights when a defect is found.
A quality inspection may be carried out if needed. Handover and transport arrangements depend on the reason for the request and legal requirements. See the product documents and “Warranty”.
Before handing over the item
Agree the handover location and method with PRODOM. Keep the packaging for safe transport if possible; missing packaging does not in itself remove your statutory rights regarding defects.
Our terms do not limit the customer’s mandatory rights under the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Legal basis: Republic of Tajikistan Law on Consumer Protection, Articles 18–25; Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Resolution No. 209 of 6 June 2005.
